Within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your written complaint, an acknowledgement letter will be sent to you (No written acknowledgement will be sent for verbal complaints received and replied on the same day). Within 30 calendar days from receipt of a written complaint, a final response communicating the investigation result and resolution will be sent to you. If we need more time for the investigation, the expected date of final response will be delivered to you within 30 calendar days after receipt of your complaint. A final response will be sent to you within 60 calendar days.
