Thank you for using the banking services of Airstar Bank Limited (the "Bank" or "us"). We will be revising our “Terms and Conditions of Use of Digital Banking Services” and “Privacy Principles and Notice”. The relevant amendments will be effective from Jun 12, 2025 (the “Effective Date”).

In order to protect the information security of customers and provide better services, the Bank has made the following revisions this time, added relevant clauses for collecting log information of abnormal status during the use of banking services and the instructions for the banking service platform have been further clarified.

The Bank attaches great importance to the confidentiality and security of personal information, and strives at all times to protect personal information and privacy of our customers. We therefore formulate this “Privacy Principles and Notice” (this “Policy”) to help you understand the purposes, methods, and scope of personal information we collect and use, our practices regarding personal information and privacy protection, your rights and interests with regard to personal information and privacy and how to assert your rights and interests.

The revised "Terms and Conditions of Use of Digital Banking Services" and "Privacy Principles and Notice" can be found in the attachment to the email. Please note that if you are holding your Airstar Bank account on or before the Effective Date, the above amendments will be binding on you. If you do not accept the amendments, or if you are expected to be unable to meet any of the requirements of the amended terms, the Bank may not be able to continue to provide service to you, or you may terminate your Airstar Bank account in accordance with Part 1 Clause 12 of the existing “Terms and Conditions of Use of Digital Banking Services”.
