Streamlined Account
•The company must be registered in Hong Kong with a single - tier structure.
•Tax jurisdiction is solely in Hong Kong.
•The company has fewer than 50 employees or an annual turnover at most HKD 800 million.
•All connected parties 1 must hold a Hong Kong Identity Card.
•The company has been established for over a year.
•Connected parties 1 have personal accounts with Airstar Bank.
•The registered address or business address of the company cannot be a company secretary address or residential address.
•The company's principal business of country/region must be conducted in Hong Kong
*When any of the above conditions is not met, the account will be opened via standard procedures

•The company must be registered in Hong Kong.
•Tax jurisdiction is solely in Hong Kong.
•All connected parties 1 hold Hong Kong Identity Card or Mainland Resident Identity Card.
•The company's principal business of country/region must be conducted in Hong Kong

•Enter company contact information and complete registration
•Fill in the company's registration and business information.
•Fill in the information of the company's connected parties 1
•Complete the setup of the corporate online banking.
•Finish the self-declaration.
•Verify the account opening information and submit the application.
•The bank will review the documents and may contact you via SMS/email/phone to verify information if necessary.
*Standard account openings may require offline witnessing during the subsequent approval process.
•After successful review, log in to the platform to electronically sign the documents and complete the account opening.
