1.Visitors are required to be physically present in Hong Kong at the time of account opening application.

2.Annualized Percentage Rate ("APR") is calculated in accordance with the method set out in the relevant guidelines referred to in the Code of Banking Practice and rounded up or down to the nearest two decimal places. APR is a reference rate which includes the basic interest rate and other fees and charges (if applicable) expressed as an annualized rate. The APR ranges from 2.99% to 35.81% with repayment period of 6 to 60 months. The example below is for illustrative purpose only. For a loan amount of HKD800,000 with 12 months repayment period with the APR being 2.99%, the total loan repayment amount is HKD812,840.87 (handling fee waived). Please refer to "Airstar Personal Instalment Loan Terms and Conditions" for details. This example and the resulting calculations do not constitute a quote or offer from the Bank and is not binding on the Bank. Approval of the APR is subject to the final decision of the Bank. The offer is subject to limited quota. In case of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right of final decision. The Bank reserves the right to change details (including terms and conditions) under the "Personal Instalment Loan" or to suspend or terminate the "Personal Instalment Loan" at any time in its absolute discretion without prior notice.

3.Loan amount up to 12x of monthly salary or HKD1,000,000 (whichever is lower).

4.According to individual circumstances, the Bank reserves the right to request customers to provide additional supporting documents for approval. The approval time required is subject to real situation.

5.Loan amount of Debt Consolidation Loan up to 21 times of monthly salary or HKD2,000,000 (whichever is lower), including the extra cash amount up to 12 times of monthly salary. The cash amount will be transferred to your account and its use is not restricted to the repayment of the outstanding balance of any credit card or personal loans.

6.Interest saving example is based on an assumption that the total outstanding amount is credit card outstanding balance HKD200,000, with an annual interest rate of 30%, and monthly minimum repayment of 5% of the outstanding balance or HKD50 (whichever is higher). The annualized percentage rate ("APR") is 34.49%. Monthly repayment amount is HKD8,952 and total interest expenses is HKD209,404. For Airstar Debt Consolidation Loan with assumption that annual interest rate 2.95% and repayment tenor of 72 instalments, APR is 2.99%. Repayment amount per instalment is HKD3,034 and total interest expenses is HKD18,467. The average repayment amount per instalment and total interest expenses of above examples are rounded to nearest dollar. The above examples are for reference only.

7.From 11 August 2023 (“promotion period”), customers who successfully open a savings deposit account can enjoy 6.88% p.a. for the first HKD50,000 deposits amount. Customers can enjoy the interest rate protection for 30 days starting from the date of account opening. After the promotion period, the prevailing HKD savings rate shown on the Airstar Bank Mobile App will be applied. Please refer to "Hong Kong Dollar Savings Deposit Offer Terms and Conditions".

8.As a financial inclusion initiative, Airstar Bank commits to offer this arrangement for at least 3 years.
